Hello! So I've been trying to find a solution for this for almost 3 hours and I can't find the right one so here I am. I just currently updated my BIOS to my ASRock b450m Steel Legend motherboard from version 2.30 to 10.60 (I know pretty big leap) due to the fact that I can't turn on my secure boot for a game I'm trying to play, and everytime I tried to turn it on, it kept going into a bios loop, so now I tried to update the bios.

Now, my new problem is that it keeps crashing and it showed the error: "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". and went into an auto repair loop. I've tried turning the CMS off and on, tried turning secure boot on and off, fTPM off, and tried downgrading it to a lesser version (4.30) but now it's still not working and is stuck in this loop. I've also tried resetting the PC with keep my files and cloud download but it didn't work so I'm here asking for help.
