I paused my prime account and now I can't reactivate it. Typically when I want to reactivate it, I add my card back and it starts immediately. Now I can't. I updated the card but it won't take the payment out. Instead it keeps forcing me to sign up for prime access. I am not on government assistance and do not qualify. Each time I hit skip, it takes me back to the main page. Customer service sucks. Has anyone else had this issue?

Today I woke up to somewhat of an ant problem. I'm assuming their carpenter ants, about an inch big. I 1st saw a big black one crawling on my bed (thankfully it did not bite). I killed that one but when I went downstairs about 5 minutes later and I saw one on the kitchen counter, so I killed that one. Someone told me to stop killing them because they release a pheromone signaling more to come to that same spot. I didn't believe them, but about an hr later another one was on my bed in the exact same spot so I killed it. I then go in my bathroom and found another one and I killed it and about 30 minutes later I found another one in the bathroom and 1 on my kitchen ceiling. I did not kill the last 2, instead I threw them outside and thankfully I have not seen anymore. Any recommendations on stopping these things? Apparently they are immune to ortho home defense spray and I can't afford an exterminator. I'm going to try terro or toro killer.
