I hear a rat in my attic/wall yes I know if there is one there is many more and I am freaked out.

Can anyone recommend a company to connect and first and foremost seal every entry point I have a pest control company but it’s mostly for bugs and they leave the bait station that’s it. Said they don’t see any entry and I do not buy it!

So looking for another company not renewing this one!

I have money saved in my regular saving account- I was never taught any of these things we grew up extremely poor, my husband and I are first generation home owners (bought back in 2012 and been comfy ever since) I managed to save quite a lot of money the last 2 years and apparently I am not supposed to have that money in a regular savings? 😬

I sold a vehicle and pocketed 30k and then I saved 40k so I have 70k in a regular savings account

What do I do with it? I think I’m doing this wrong
