I have a CJO from Delta On my application I said I left American Airlines (didn't specify fired) Now the background check form is asking for a brief explanation if my reason for leaving was involuntary and to upload termination or separation documents if available

I was actually fired My question is if I admit it and upload the documents will that automatically make Delta rescind my CJO or is it worse to hide it and have them find out on their own

Has anyone here been fired from a previous airline and still gotten hired at Delta
