Hi All!

I have noticed in my Seat Leon 2016 1.4 TSI ACT 150hp (CZEA engine) quite some difference in fuel consumption between cold and warm/hot weather on the same trajectory/tires/tank/driving style. The diff can be sometimes more than 1L/100km.

In addition to that I noticed that the car feels faster. I tried to look online/AI but couldn’t find a convincing answer to my question.

Do you have the same thing ? Does anyone have an explanation ?

Edit: Forgot to mention, the car is tuned to stage 1 and filled up with E5 (98)

By the end of last year I sold my white 2016 Leon FR to get a 2016 Golf R-Line. Thought it would be an upgrade in every way.

3 months later… I sold the Golf and bought another 2016 Leon FR—this time black with a pano roof.

The Golf definitely had the better interior quality, no doubt. But driving-wise? The Leon just feels way more sporty and engaging. It’s hard to explain unless you’ve driven both, but the Leon just feels alive compared to the Golf.

Funny how you don’t fully appreciate something until you move away from it. Ended up right back where I started.

Anyone else had a similar experience going between these two?
