The modern is slightly more money, more brick.

The more traditional has a lot more siding and more maintenance.

I’m leading more modern, but I feel like it may be a bold choice that would age questionably

Building a house, would appreciate any thoughts between these two exteriors ! I like the first one the best, and It has less vinyl. Not sure how the style may age overtime
