Kawai Novus NV6 with VST

I live in a flat and I'm in the market to buy a proper piano. I currently use a Roland FP10, so an upgrade is warranted.

I'm exploring options now and I've been eyeing the Novus NV6. I tested it already in a store and it plays very nice. Sound is decent as well, so that's a plus. However, they mentioned something about attaching a laptop, which would expand the sound library. Given that I have 0 experience with this, does someone know what this means? I checked with Gemini and it started talking about VSTs, but I'm not sure how the Novus NV6 works with them and I can't really find any videos that demonstrate this capability. Almost all videos I can find are the ones where they play the OOTB piano sounds.

Stand Recommendations Nord Grand 2

I'm still debating whether or not to go for a digital piano or a stage piano, but I'm now looking at pricing to understand what budget I have to put aside.

Given that I'm leaning towards buying a Nord Grand 2, I'm not entirely sure what stand I should acquire. I'm interested in the König & Meyer stand, because it's a modular one which is interesting. However, I'm a bit lost as to what I should buy. The Omega Pro stand looks like it's the best fit and is not ridiculously expensive. However, I plan to buy the Nord monitors as well, but I'm not sure what I should get to mount them. Given that I regularly practice with my laptop to show music sheets etc, getting the laptop stand is a bit of a no-brainer.

Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

(I'm getting a request to add a flair to this post, but for some reason the UI is not showing that option here - Brave browser),
