TIFU I bumped my BIL’s car and scratched it and he cut me off!
I (m25) live with my 2 cousins who are siblings brother(28m) and sister(24f). Their other sister who is my cousin lend brother her husband’s car, It’s him who uses it most of the time! I don’t have a driver’s licence and i go to work by bike that the cousin who lend us a car also lent me. The previous couple months felt unbearable to ride a bike for 40min tonwork at night in winter and I did the most stupid and selfish thing one can do and took brother in law’s car even without knowing how to drive. I practiced on it knowing he wants to sell it thinking that given how big the risk I was taking that I wouldn’t let myself fuck up even one little mistake. I ended up scratching it and i didn’t even know it. After I confessed they cut me off which i deserve. We have been struggling with finances so bad that we needed this family. Now everything is reset back to zero. I ruined a good relationship for some temporary pain
