MPG’s question

My 2014 has the avg MPG on the dash. It was around 29 and now dropped to 25. I got the car from my dad a few weeks back. I do mostly city driving rarely hwy/expressway miles. Today I noticed the drop. Is that normal for the car to adjust or is something wrong? I know it’s stated hwy miles you get 30+ and city 25 or so. So the numbers actually will reflect on your avg mpg reading? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

My dads moving soon and will be setting up new home internet

I have visible for phone service but I know he likes to save. It’s him, my mom and younger sister. No one in the house games. Just tv streaming maybe 2 devices at a time max and my dad works from home. I’d like to get as much info from others who WFH using visibles home internet.

Debating downgrading to an HDD for my music storage

Currently I have a 2TB Samsung SSD and it’s where I store my music and use it with my Apple Music app for hosting my local files. I have 100gb left and several more gigabytes of music on an external HD that I’m waiting to transfer over when I increase my music storage space. Question is I plan to buy a 4tb hard drive for my music to use for playback but am concerned it will be very slow when updating my library and searching for songs in the library. Anyone still use the Apple Music app for file hosting as well as a large HDD with it? The cost of a 4tb ssd is just too much. And yes all my music is backed up just concerned with an HDD being slow, and slow for backing up since I use free file sync weekly to backup the drive. It’s relatively fast under 10 minutes with an SSD

Used the card for the first time and checked to see what other dashers in my area were talking about with money saved per gallon but all I see is the full amount I paid for gas with no discount or money given back. All it shows is a pending transaction for the amount paid for gas with no credit of any kind

My dad recently sold me his 2014 Camry SE which I have driven in the past and on several occasions. Car runs and drives great, we live in NC and it was garage kept at least half of its life and they bought it new.

I know my dad has not done all the maintenance mainly the fluids aside from oil routinely. I am having completed the following this week.
-Oil and filter
-Engine and cabin air filter
-tire rotation
-spark plugs
-throttle body cleaning as well as mass airflow sensor
-coolant drain and fill
-brake bleed

Tires are in great shape, brakes feel just fine and no signs of suspension components needing replaced. My main concern is the transmission fluid. Sadly he never serviced it. I’m at 144k miles car runs and drives great and upon looking around the reviews are so mixed on it this fluid. Some people say they never changed it either, some say if your past 100k miles and it’s never been changed don’t touch it. Obviously if it was to be serviced it would be a drain and fill that’s obvious but even that I’m told is risky. Am I just stuck and have to ride it out
