Legacy "credit"
They just tried talking me into a legacy upgrade which would "lower" my bill by 10 but then I would need to pay 20$ a month for new hardware. Explain how increasing my bill by 10$ is lowering my bill? Please make it make sense.
I would not recommend vivint. (Customer for 6 years)
