Dude with a problem is guarding the ramp from Caecilia ravine to Washington Ave, swinging sharp objects at people.
Probably not a threat because he's mumbling incoherently and holding up his nearly-off pants with the other hand, but it's pretty much impossible to get around him.
I saw him about 2 hours ago smoking some kind of funkymonkey with his buddies in the grass, which obviously wasn't fent because dude is ready to fight.
EDIT: gd forgot how much this subreddit sucked and why I stopped visiting.
