Has anyone found a way to fix this?

**UPDATE**

So I did all the things suggested below, thank you all, but no luck.

In the end, I had to go into my ANDROID SETTINGS and remove all references to my work accounts form EVERYTHING and then restart the phone, then re-add the account to ONENOTE, all workig now.
