Why is there so much casual racism against Koreans in the overall Asian American community?

As a Korean American who grew up in the Midwest, I dealt with a lot of racism from white people. Expectedly. When I moved to a major coastal city with a large Asian population, I noticed I started to get a lot of racist comments from other Asians that aren’t Korean. Despite kpop, dramas, etc putting Korean culture into the mainstream, I still encounter micro-aggressions, backhanded comments, or sometimes just flat out racist comments complaining about Koreans straight to my face like as if some representative for millions of Koreans. When I’ve called this out I have received responses like “you’re one the good ones”.

I see a lot of this on social media too. Mainly Asian women trashing Korean men because they went on a bad date with one or two.

Best way to play 3D era games in 2026?

I grew up playing the original trilogy and MK4 during the 90s. I missed out on during the 00s, MK5.

Not including MK vs DC because it doesn’t interest me.

I casually played 9 and 10, but 11 is where I got back in seriously. After playing MK1 and seeing how it’s a big homage to the 3D era, I’m curious now.

What’s the best way to play besides buying retro consoles and copies? Are there remasters, ports, or other options to play 5-7? Which one is worth checking out first?

I know roms/emulators are a route too. But I’ve heard emulation for PS2/Xbox360 isn’t perfect compared to older consoles.

Edit: I am on Mac
