Other cardio options?
I'm 32 weeks and think I need to give up running 😭 it's just so hard on my hips. I have a peloton bike but I get bored if it's more than 2x a week. I still lift 3 days a week and walk at least 2-3 miles every day. Any other suggestions for cardio? I can tell my mood is being affected by not having the cardio high!
