Hello,

I've been trying to access my ISA on etoro for several weeks now and get the session expired message repeatedly. I was unable to top up my funds for the last cycle and unable to open a new one for this year. I've contacted customer services several times via email and WhatsApp and I'm told my account manager Lorenzo will contact me but it has been several days and etoro has not responded while the issue still persists despite trying all the generic advice given. I'm very worried about my money tied up without any access to the account. Please help.
