Hello,

I've been through 4+ different therapists since past 6 years and have always felt they are barely scratching the surface. I was diagnosed with BPD back in Jan 2025. I was told to look for trauma informed therapist in IFS and EMDR, in offline face to face sessions, does anyone know actually experienced trauma informed therapist in Pune?
