How can i change the pattern for a plush dog to make the end product smaller?

I just bought a pattern that i didn’t realize was much bigger than i need it to be. It’s a puppy plush, and is about 14 inches long, not sure how wide. I want it to be about the size of my palm, so maybe half of the size the pattern describes.

I’m pretty new to reading patterns, so i’m not sure how i can make it smaller overall. Any suggestions?

How much would you sell this for?

I am about to start crocheting hand puppets for a buyer, and not sure how pricing works.
I’m going to make some alterations to the pattern, but it’ll look something like the picture.
How much would you charge per plushie? The buyer will be compensating me for cost of materials as well. Also, the buyer is asking about how much would much they would be able to sell them for.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
