Help urologist vs infectious disease Dr

Hii everyone 👋🏻
Backstory - I’ve suffered from chronic yeast (glabrada) and bv for 6 years.
I was always given Diflucan and never tested positive for anything else stds etc .. healthy early 30s. Tried everything unconventional boric acid, herbs, supplements etc always reoccurred w sex

One day I got fed up with it reoccurring and asked for more in depth testing on what my yeast was that’s how I found out I had glabrada not Albicins or anything else - so basically my gyno was treating me for something that was resistant to that medication - I was pissed bc now I had messed up my whole system.

Fast-forward I ended up finding a specialist infectious disease, Doctor Who treats glabrada and different reoccurring issues - he ended up treating me and I stopped the million different supplements and all the stuff I was doing and just let my body heal. It ended up working and I got rid of the yeast.

Fast-forward to 5 months later -
TMI I started trying anal sex while I’m on my period - no switching just anal no condom - we are both clean etc before anyone starts on the washing. We don’t have sex after for probably five days since I’m on my period for that long once I’m done w my period we will have sex vaginally. And then within the next week, I automatically started getting UTIs.

I’ve had three E. coli UTIs every month since January blood pain, urgency, and all - I have done microgenx testing and it came back positive for ecoli and ureaplasma but nothing else. I’m struggling and terrified now to have sex and I don’t know what to do. I went to my urologist and she gave me macrobid to treat the utis and now have me doxy for the ureaplasma ureticylum. She also told me to potentially treat my partner but he has 0 symptoms.
I contacted my infectious disease doctor and told him about this and he went on and on about how I shouldn’t have to treat the urea and I’m causing more harm because it causes yeast overgrowth and could cause chronic yeast to come back.

I’m feeling lost because I don’t know what to do trust my urologist or trust my infectious disease doctor

I’d love some opinions or success stories pls help 😵‍💫😑 - also could it be from anal!? It’s the only thing that I have changed before starting to get these UTIs
