Hi folks, just looking for some clarification. As a non-FFL, If I were to sell a SBR to someone from a different state on GunBroker, do I a) Form 4 to my dealer, my dealer Form 3s to their dealer, and then their dealer Form 4s to the buyer? Or b) I Form 4 to their dealer and their dealer then Form 4s to the buyer? Is the Form 4 to my dealer necessary? Thanks for any input :)
