Hello, first time poster here. I live in Vancouver, WA so pretty close to Oregon. I visited a pawnshop in Portland and found a .270 Winchester I like. I was told by some WA pawnshops if I bought in Oregon id need to wait my 10 business days, either by shipping to a WA FFL or there in the OR shop, but I was told by the Oregon shops I could walk out with it same day if my background check cleared, which as far as I know it should 😅. Does anybody have any concrete answers or advice?
