First time landlord, i know the income/expenditure over the last tax year and wondering if any LL use an accountant or DIY?

If DIY - are there any free spreadsheets/resources about to plug figures in to generate profit/loss? Thanks.

Curious because i thought VUSA VUAG tracks US stock when the stock market opens on wall street at 14:30 uk time?

I received rental income during Oct 2024 to March 2025 and some foreign bank account interest £3.5k during that year and had no idea i had to do this. Only realised after reading info earlier

How do i go about rectifying this for last year? I will sign up for self assessment for 25-26 later on
