I am on magnesium vitamin D, Lions mane iodine CDP choline vitamin B 12 multivitamin omega-3 l tyrosin l theanine and coq10, creatine
So far all I’ve noticed is coq10 helping with breathing. I feel like it’s a lot easier to to run an exercise without getting out of breath
L tyrosine seems to make me more alert for at least an hour or two then it kind of disappears
Creatine seems to help process things slightly faster
