Is there anything that has helped you to remove your patch that lessens the pain? Esp when patch is on lower abdomen area. Not so bad when its in the back where the skin is thicker back there. I am almost on the verge of getting some of those adhesive removers (for skin). I've tried some oils I have around the house but still painful. I understand you can put it in either place, but some experts say there is more consistent absorbency if placed at abdomen so that's why I try to do, but ... oooo.....mmmmm..... geeee.. the pain when it's time to peel that thing off! Anything you use that helps?

My followup calls usually take about 15-20 min and I always hate paying $150 for that short time so I’m not sure if I will even schedule future follow-ups. At the same time, I also hate to extend the call just for the sake of doing so. Do u all offer rates for 15min intervals?
