Had an amazing pinset forming for these hillbillies. I had a temperature stress down to 57 and they haven't moved from this is nearly 3 weeks. I'm guessing they're never going to grow. What are my options to get a new flush started?

Placed my jars in the fridge probably a week and a half ago. Inspected them today and saw this dark brown spot in the jar and was wondering what it could be. It's been 5 weeks since I innoculated the jars so I feel the odds are pretty good it's not.

I noticed the lids were starting to rust around the spots I shoved the screwdriver through, could this be from that? If that's the case what are my options to preserve my jar? I have syringes I bought in bulk but it's not nearly enough for all my jars. I have 6x340ml
