Can a house have a 2nd HFC point? I assume so, since back in the Foxtel days you could have 2 tv points.
Is there any way to get NBN to install a new point or do I need to hire a private cabler?

Do I need to keep the old copper line for anything? Can I rip it off the wall? It looks messy stapled to the wall.
We purchased a house and the external wall sits on the boundary(like a terrace, but it's a free standing house). The neighbours have painted it to match their colour. We have a survey to show there's no encroachments.
I don't know what the agreement with the previous owner was.
How do we go about restoring the colour? I know the first step is a friendly conversation but I'm guessing they're not going to like what I'm requesting.
