I was called from a Rogers representative (833-430-6500) offering me plans. He used my first name, had the last four digits of my credit card, and had access to my bills and info he also did not hang up when I said goodbye. I was wondering if he was a legit representative he asked for confirmation with my date of birth, and postal code. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
