This is the product they expect us to kill ourselves over.
Our baker either burns product or gets it slightly warm. They have consistently been a fuck up at their job for years now, but management loves them so its fine. We have only two closers and are expected to package the entire days giangantic big fucking unnecessary bake. Our donations are so high its ridiculous. I dont see how we're making a profit at all, but my lead swears we're "in the green". Sure, bud. Over worked, lied to, abused, and made to suffer over raw product thats gonna get taken off the table tomorrow by corporate when they see it. Don't forget the manager who loves the baker who can't bake wanting to write us up for being unable to finish!!
