Started college thinking it’d be all campus fun, societies, fest season and “core memories.” Meanwhile DU turned into a full-time cycle of attendance stress, assignment deadlines, metro exhaustion and pretending we’ll fix our sleep schedule from tomorrow 😭

At this point surviving the semester feels like the real degree.

You walk into campus thinking you’ll finally have a productive day. Maybe sit somewhere nice, open your laptop, pretend to study for at least an hour.

Reality check hits instantly. Lawns are overcrowded, benches are either broken or already occupied, libraries are full, and every “empty” spot is apparently reserved by someone’s bag that hasn’t moved in 40 minutes.

And somehow the only place you do find is either under direct sunlight or right next to the loudest group discussion ever.
