30F. Always had fine hair now potentially balding? I’ve noticed a severe increase in hair loss. Finding balls of hair all around my house; on the floor, in the laundry, in the bed.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I’ve been under some intense stress lately so perhaps that’s the cause.

I’m assuming the best course of action is to go to FP and request blood panel/hormone check? Located in Canada so it may take a while to get an appointment. In the meantime I intend on starting oral Minoxidil as I’m incredibly paranoid about my dog coming into contact with the topical version.
