Seller cancelled my order as soon as I asked when it would be shipped (a week had gone by)

Dozens and dozens of cancellations in this seller's history and I can't leave a review. Why does Mercari allow this type of shit on their platform? If this were eBay, this person's feedback would be tanked to low numbers and their sales dried up.

Instead, this person has 5 STAR FEEDBACK because these cancellations lock buyers out from rating. Absolutely insane. Adding in all the fees required just to purchase on the site and it's clear they don't want buyers around.

Bought a new Tele but got absolutely hosed and i'm really not okay right now

Listen I am all for piss play but i just got this tele in and there's MASSIVE damage on the spunk stripe. I can't even stand to look at her this way, it's honestly just too difficult. I've considered sending her back but I don't want to be just another man who abandons her because she's damaged because she has flaws because she isn't perfect SHES HAD ENOUGH PAIN
