Found this old photograph of a Victorian man

Found this photo of a Victorian man in some thing that I bought, didn't expect it to be there but thought it was interesting. Does anyone know anything about it eg approx date, or if he was anyone of significance? I'd be curious to know

People with large monsters deliciosas What's your lighting set up?

I have three different situations happening, the top of the plant with two new growth points. The mature stem with only 4 original leaves, and the babies and top cutting in the pot. I have just added the grow light a week ago (sansi 40w) thinking that would be enough to cover the whole plant. I'm not sure if it is, so the top is getting 2500-4500 lux, the mature leaves are just getting average room light and the babies/top cutting are recieving about 1000 lux or less. Do I need to change anything thing or add more lighting? I noticed the new top growth is still coming out leggy before adding a grow light, will that change now I've added one? (The radiator behind the plant is never used)

Some background: Ive had this 50 year old monstera for 2.5 years now. This plant did not acclimatise well to my home, it lost a lot of leaves and only put out two new ones in that time. Originally the plant was over 8ft tall and and I chopped her in half and propagated 9 months ago. All the cuttings were planted back into the pot. The goal is to have her looking more bushy and to get to a point where she can produce big highly fenestrated leaves again as quickly as possible. The third original leaf is the best but since then the leaves had been downsizing and the internodel spacing getting longer so probably living with inadequate light for a long time before me. It's not on a moss pole right now but will probably add one just to support the new growth at the top (I didn't think it was a priority since she has been growing without one for so long. I'm kind of embarrassed to show her at this point but I am proud of all the new growth and want to make sure I'm doing the best for this plant.
