We plan on moving to Napa this summer and I am hoping to find out how difficult and expensive homeowners/fire insurance is to get in the city limits, away from the edges of town? I know anything in the WUI is incredibly expensive and not for the faint of heart. But is it better in town since there are hydrants, paved roads, and fire abatement programs? I’m trying to understand what the possible cost per year for insurance. Thanks!
