Hi 10th gen Accord owners

I am going to get 2021 Accord Sport which comes with everything like moonroof, heated seats, 19 inch beautiful wheels in beautiful San Marino (rare colour in my town). It’s from Honda dealership near to my place. Tires and brakes are at 70 percent, also they just replaced transmission fluid and did other maintenance. Car is at 47k miles. They were asking 24k+dealership fee+all the taxes. But after hard 3/4 hours bargaining, they are agreed on $20700 OTD cash price including everything. It was really hard bargaining from my side, they were literally fed up from me lol. Car is 1.5T as i have brand new s650 mustang also. So this car will be my work car and no, i dont want 2.0T. Car has zero dollar claim, car fax is all clean, single owner. Please give me your opinion guys. Thanks.
