Has anyone had this issue where the O2 sensor shows as incomplete and as a result the Cat sensors won’t register and you can’t pass it inspection? I disconnected the battery 3 years ago to install a radio, here we are in 2026 and still not ready. Mechanics tell me I just need to drive it. Been driving for 2 years now.

I have tried the drive cycle multiple times, which is difficult because there aren’t many places you can drive at 65mph and decelerate to 35mph without using the brakes. No check engine lights. I do have a tire pressure light because one of the tpms sensors is bad. Can’t imagine that matters, but full disclosure.

Any ideas? Bad catalytic? I am at wits end and ready to sell it off to one of those places that buys crappy cars.
