Help me serato hates me

Serato works for a most a minute before just making this “dudududududuudududuudu” sound and freezing, or it won’t play with or without mixer plugged in. Mixer is Numark MTpro3. I have serato at 3.2.3 because my laptop is not updated. Hellllp

Can anyone help I can’t check if the video has audio but if it doesn’t

Just downloaded this and it keeps stopping and just making this noise, kinda just looping really quickly. Not deliberate.
