292.2% Gem strength from 4x transfigure

Posted on the D4 rouge subreddit but gonna post here since it gained traction. The after and before picture when I first bought the bow.

The transfigure order:

GA on Crit Damage Multiplier
Indestructible
Item Quality
Gem Strength

Edit 1: For those commenting I should have masterworked the gem strength, it was the last roll I got (see the list above) and can't be futher modified. Maybe I could have masterworked the item quality if that's possible.

Edit 2: Left a comment on what flawless horandic gem would look like on this item (about x126% per gem)

Got GA on crit damage multipler, indestructible, item quality, and gem strength

The 5th piece set has this description:

When you Cast Arbiter of Justice, unleash all Ultimates, triggering Heaven's Fury and Fortress and replacing Arbiter of Justice with Zenith for 10 seconds. Gain 500% increased damage with Disciple Skills for the duration of Arbiter of Justice. All Ultimates are also Disciple Skills.

Does the 500% damage increase work with wing-strikes damage? Does it have a disciple tag on it?
