Hello everyone, sorry for disturbing, I started a month ago, every 3 days in the gym I rest 1 day.

I train 1st day shoulders and back, 2nd chest and triceps 3rd legs biceps and core

I was sick recently and skipped some days so I trained in 1 day shoulders back legs biceps and the next day chest and triceps.

On the chest day, when I benched last time I guess because I didnt warm up properly my wrists made a cracking noise, and that day they were fine the did hurt a little but next next they hurt more and as soon as I woke up and I moved them they cracked again, it was only once. Thankfully it was a rest day since I already trained 4 groups in a day.

Today I am supposed to start to train again, shoulders and back but honestly I am a bit scared to because if I move my hands in certain positions they still hurt and I would not really like to train anything related to arms, should I take another day off or just train legs maybe some core and move the biceps in another day?
