I'm trying to get to Gurnee this weekend. Taking a car down there. It doesn't have plates. I habe some WI plates I could put on it but they dont match the car and they are expired. What are the chances I get caught going through the tollroads? I have no problem paying the tolls and plan on it, just wondering if I'll get stopped on my way?
