Was anyone else missing the little paper flyers with all the deals in them for this week's ad?

A DG truck driver parked in our lot. Said he was out of drive hours but could leave in the morning. This guy has been sitting in our parking lot for over 24 hours now. Is this allowed? Do I have to tell him to leave? My manager just quit and my DM is not responding.

EDIT: IT IS LITERALLY JUST A FUCKING QUESTION JESUS CHRIST. I HAVE NOT BOTHERED THE MAN OR ASKED HIM TO LEAVE I JUST WASN'T SURE IF IT WAS ALLOWED OR IF I WAS GOING TO GET YELLED AT FOR MORE SHIT THAT ISN'T MY FAULT.
