Tomorrow will be day one

Just coming here to say I’m officially done. I don’t want to do this anymore. The only reason I keep drinking Kratom is because it makes me anxious to sit in my own skin and Kratom takes the edge off. But at such a cost, literally lol.

Some questions for others tha have had a similar experience. I have been drinking kratom daily for about a year. About 30 oz of crushed leaf brewed tea a day. I know it’s not a crazy high amount.. but will I have withdrawal from this? Or anything?

Also, is this what could be causing my general feeling of unwellness? Constant exhaustion, headaches, blah feeling?

Tomorrow is day one. No kratom.

Cat called constantly

Every morning on my walk without fail I am cat called by someone, usually someone driving by stops and tells something like “yo baby where you headed” every single morning. Does anyone else experience this? I’m pretty sick of it and kind of worried one day I won’t get so lucky and they won’t keep driving

Clean & snatch cues

I’m completely stalled in these lifts.. all my other basic lifts I’m getting stronger in but my cleans and snatches haven’t budged.. obviously a technique problem. I feel like I conceptually understand the proper technique but I can’t seem to translate it to my body.

If anyone can offer some cues or what has helped their form I would appreciate it

Injury during class

Random thought just passed through my head.. has anyone been in a class where someone got served injured mid WOD? What happened? I’ve been doing crossfit two years and have never had anything happen beyond a rip happen to anyone
