My Walmart Marketplace account was terminated today under “Trust & Safety” after only about 3 weeks of selling and honestly I still don’t understand why.

They gave me no specific reason at all besides a generic “Trust & Safety” message and said appeals would not be accepted.

The strange part is my metrics were actually very good and there were no major issues on the account. I’m a real business with real inventory and legitimate operations, so this was honestly shocking and very discouraging as a new seller.

After researching online, I found multiple posts from people saying new accounts with rapidly growing sales sometimes get automatically flagged by Walmart’s systems.

Has this happened to anyone else here? Did anyone manage to get their account reinstated after verification or manual review?

The strange part is that my metrics were actually good and sales started growing quickly. I never got a clear explanation for what exactly caused the termination.

While researching, I saw people saying new accounts with sudden sales volume increases sometimes get automatically flagged by Walmart’s risk systems.

Could this be some kind of automated mistake or false flag? Has anyone else experienced this as a new seller?
