I just dropped 60 EUR on Red Dead Redemption II on Steam like a responsible adult, only to be greeted by your legendary Error 1.500.7 every single time I try to create the mandatory account. “Leider kann die Anfrage derzeit nicht bearbeitet werden.”
How poetic. Truly a work of art. Almost as impressive as your 15-year-old backend infrastructure.I’ve tried everything short of sacrificing a goat to the Rockstar gods:
- PC, mobile data, different networks
- With VPN, without VPN
- New emails, new usernames, DNS changes, router resets, incognito, time sync…
- I’m an IT network engineer and even I can’t get past your clown show.
Your support ticket system? Also broken.
Your support email? “Outgoing only, lol we don’t care.”
