Bought a 25 year old semi d last year.

Did some minor internal works recently involving putting a double door in a load bearing wall using a concrete beam.

Works were done by a credible builder with engineering sign off but since then cracks have started to appear all over the place.

First image is bedroom over the load bearing wall.

Second is a box room which seems to have new cracks on external walls.

Any point of view?
