AI automation over learning manually?

Was talking to a friend the other day and we were discussing how many of tomorrow's filmmakers/videographers might be AI experts but when it comes to actually creating things from scratch many will fail ie: white balancing properly, building a grade, key framing , matching footage , even timeline editing in some cases.

With the advent of AI programs that can make an entire timeline with a few sentences do you feel AI will prepare the future gen or hinder them?

It's been 15 days now since my dog went in for a FNA test. During the initial test their paperwork said results could take 5 to 7 days. I've been calling all week and getting multiple responses much of what I think was just to get me off the phone. No one can tell me where at in the process the test is or the timeline. When I asked to speak to a manager she said their timeline was 14 days and they never said 5-7 which is not true. She couldn't even verify whether it's business days or normal days which tells me she was lying.

This result is a dire need and obviously can tell me whether my dog has cancer or not but I feel like there's no urgency or concern.

I left a message to speak with the owner and havent heard back yet.

People have suggested just forgetting them and going to another vet but I don't have funds like that to waste and this is actually the SECOND place I've gone to. The first vet said they didn't do FNAs.
