So has anyone else with a master spa noticed they don’t send the master clear filters with more pleating from master spa part? I just paid 250 for 3 filters that showed master clear filters. I instead got pleatco filters with about half as much pleating( pleating is the folded material in the filter). When I reached out they basically told me to pound sand and calm master spa factory as the alternative filter they send was factory spec. Meaning it meet thread pitch and size. The same filters I paid them 250 for are $15 each on Amazon. Is this is what master spa has become? It not been a great experience so far. To me it seem there are far better options with cheaper maintenance then master spa.
