the calculator said I'm a 36DD but that a starting size of 38D may be more comfortable. I have sensory issues that make bras uncomfortable (and I'm also wearing the wrong size) so soft fabric, no wiring and non-itchy clasp is a must. I also want ones that don't accentuate my chest because I can't bind due to medical reasons so this is my best option. budget friendly as well because I'm broke lol

I've looked into Liberare but damn they're expensive 😭 (for good reason)

any brands or style recommendations? In-store or online I don't mind either :)

I don’t know what to do, Ive basically become lactose intolerant in a two week span but all of my safe foods contain dairy I don’t know what to do. I like oat milk thank the stars so I can still eat my cereal. all other foods I like need to prepared and cooked I just don’t have the energy or resources for that I hate this this is horrible :(

just need a bit of support right now from people who understand how important safe foods are
