
How can I get stronger in pull ups without doing weighted pull ups
I do pull ups twice per week, I can do 23 pull ups and I want to get stronger in pull ups but I don't have weights, I tried doing Pause reps like 3-4 seconds on top hold for 8-12 reps but now I feel bored of pause reps. I am also training for FL and following Doctor yaad's front lever tutorial program in which after front lever progression I have to do pull ups 8-12 rep range. Now I do an easier variation of archer pull up like pulling side to side. I want to get stronger which means I want to get more pulling strength for the front lever and muscle ups. Will doing archer pull up and getting good at it help me in achieving more pulling strength like getting good at muscle ups and progressing in front lever. Also I am not very good at muscle ups so I can only do it when fresh and with a good amount of kip.
