Hello!

My refill date was April 30th. It is now May 4th and my prescription has still not been dispensed. I chatted with an agent on the getcontrave website who said it would be shipped today, but it’s now 8pm so I find that unlikely. I get mine through Upscript on getcontrave.com.

I started my last bottle April 5th, so I needed my next bottle by May 5th but clearly that isn’t happening.

Any advice? Does this happen often? Should I switch where I get my Contrave?
