Hi, I’ve recently noticed a small bald patch/thinning area and I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’m 20F and wondering if it could be stress from university or something else.

I’ve been seeing a lot about “Bouf” hair oil on TikTok, but I’m not sure if it’s genuinely effective or just sponsored hype. Has anyone actually tried it, or are there other oils/products that worked for you?
