Is my 7 month old puppy’s fur fading?

This is my 7 month old girl. She was solid black as a pup other than a white spot on her chin and under her paws, in natural light her fur has appeared to look brown. Do you think she is fading?

10 years ago I graduated as an EN from a place called Careers Australia which went into voluntary administration soon after I graduated. At the time, I had my AHPRA registration and applied at every hospital and nursing home in Adelaide and couldn’t get one interview. This went on for months, I finally started applying for other jobs that weren’t nursing and got into disability and youth support work. I’ve been stuck as a carer now for 10 years. I’ve always felt very sad that I didn’t get to be a nurse after all that study, although I used my skills in support work, I never had the title of ‘nurse’. I’ve been afraid to study again incase the same thing happens. I still want to be a nurse, I’m now 35 and am a mother, should I attempt doing the diploma again (as it is offered local and free at a tafe near me) or go for bachelors? I’ve just heard so many graduates aren’t getting jobs.

I’m so stuck and lost!! Should I do the diploma again? Or give RN a chance?

** There are no re-entry programs for ENs where I live, and I’ve been out of practice too long to qualify anyway - I’ve checked with the board and I need to retrain **

If you took time away from the profession and wanted to return, what path did you take?

I graduated as an EN 10 years ago and only ever was able to get a bit of agency work before I fell into support work roles and so lost my registration. I had applied for hospital and aged care jobs but got nothing. I had children and covid hit, so I didn’t mind too much only working casually during those years, but now I want to return as a nurse but reentry programs aren’t available where I live (country SA) for EN’s. I’m thinking of either re-doing the diploma as there is a tafe near my house or doing the degree online, although I’m worried I won’t be able to get a job again.
